Abstract: a non-blocking CouchDB client based on jquery.couch.js

Here's what we tried to parse:

  * see if we can load new attachment data asynchronously.
  * write more tests
  * need to improve startkey/endkey/key JSON encoding.

    $query->({ group => 'false' }) you'll get

    DWIM can be a double-edged sword.  :-(
